Terms of Service
These terms apply to your access to and use of StockLibs (stocklibs.com, "the Site"). By visiting, registering or purchasing you agree to these terms; if you do not agree, please stop using the Site.
1. What we provide
The Site provides research tools over publicly available A-share market data: index and stock quotes, sectors and concepts, a Tongdaxin-formula screener, a formula marketplace, news, an AI assistant and simulated portfolios. **Quotes are delayed** (not exchange-licensed real-time data) and are provided for research and study only. **Nothing here is investment advice** and no returns are promised.
2. Accounts
Registration requires an email address. You must provide accurate information and keep your credentials safe. Accounts are for your own use and may not be transferred, rented or shared. You are responsible for losses caused by your own failure to keep them secure; contact us immediately if your account is compromised.
3. Membership and payment
Membership is charged once per period at the price and billing cycle shown on the site (processed by a third-party payment provider). When a period ends, benefits fall back to the free tier; **we do not auto-charge renewals** — you renew by purchasing again. Points are used to redeem in-site services (100 points = CNY 1). AI usage is billed in points per token, and failed calls are refunded automatically. Promotional prices are as displayed and price changes do not affect periods you already paid for.
4. Data, formulas and news
Quotes and filings come from public data interfaces and may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. News and filings remain the copyright of their authors; we display them and use machine translation (clearly labelled) where a translation is missing. Formulas in the marketplace are submitted by their authors; the platform only performs **engineering checks** (syntax executes, data reproducible, logic consistent), which says nothing about profitability. Past statistics **never** predict future results.
5. Prohibited conduct
You may not: scrape or bulk-export data with crawlers or automation; bypass tier, quota or permission limits; use results to solicit stock purchases, promise returns or publish misleading claims; upload infringing or unlawful content; attack or disrupt the Site or services it relies on. We may restrict or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
6. Disclaimer and liability
The Site is provided "as is". Data may be delayed, interrupted or wrong, and any decision you make based on it is your own responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect or lost profits, and our total liability is limited to the fees you actually paid in the 12 months before the dispute.
7. Intellectual property
Our marks, interface, code and curated data belong to us. Formulas submitted to the marketplace belong to their authors (with an agreed revenue share when the platform resells under licence). You may not mirror or republish the Site or its data without permission.
8. Changes and termination
We may add, change or retire features; material changes will be announced in advance. You may stop using the Site at any time, and may request account deletion via the in-site message centre or the contact email.
9. Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Please contact us first to resolve any dispute; otherwise the courts of Hong Kong have jurisdiction. For anything related to these terms, reach us via "Account → Messages" or the email in the page footer; we reply within three business days.
